Yesterday, September 8th, was a truly special day for me at our congregation, Roeh Israel.
For the first time, I had the privilege of celebrating a Brit Milah for a Jewish family “at home,” surrounded by brothers, sisters, and families I know and love.
The atmosphere was filled with peace, music, and the Spirit. The parents were deeply touched to see their baby calm and safe throughout the entire ceremony. Their joy was a reminder of how tender and beautiful this covenant moment truly is.

What moved me even more was watching the children who came to attend the ceremony take part. They began asking questions, listening with wide eyes, and slowly understanding the meaning of this holy mitzvah. In their curiosity and joy, I could see the seeds of faith and identity being planted for the next generation.
As I stood there, leading this sacred service, I felt once again the weight and privilege of my calling. Serving as a mohel is not just about tradition. For a Messianic believer, it is a holy responsibility towards the Body of the Messiah, a way of carrying forward the covenant of our fathers in the light of Yeshua.

I thank God for this opportunity, for the life of this little one, and for reminding us all that each Brit Milah is more than a ceremony. It is a testimony that His promises are alive, and that our people are walking faithfully in them.
